Skuvela is operated by Zenith International Group (USA) INC., a corporation organized in Wyoming, United States. Questions about these terms, billing, or the service can be sent to support@skuvela.com.
The service
Skuvela prepares draft product data, listing drafts, pricing and profit scenarios, photo plans, and review-ready CSV exports for ecommerce sellers. All outputs are drafts. Human review is required before you use any output anywhere. Platform actions exist only as a review queue: drafts you explicitly approve are the only candidates for execution. Platform adapters are disabled by default and only explicitly approved actions may run through an operator-configured adapter. Skuvela never automatically publishes, prices, advertises, refunds, or messages on your behalf.
No platform affiliation
Skuvela is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Etsy, Shopify, or any marketplace. References to those platforms describe compatibility with common seller workflows and file formats only. You are responsible for complying with each platform's own policies when you use exported drafts.
AI-assisted drafts
Some outputs are generated with AI assistance. They may contain errors, omissions, or claims that need verification (for example, material claims like "100% silk"). You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving all content before publishing it. Nothing in this product is business, legal, or financial advice, and no output is a guarantee of sales or results.
Credits and refunds
Tasks consume credits at the price shown before you confirm a run. If a task fails, the credits reserved for that run are automatically refunded and the failure is recorded in your usage log. Credit packs are purchased through Stripe when checkout is enabled. The interface identifies whether checkout is unavailable, in test mode, or live. See the Refund Policy for purchase refunds.
Account security
You must provide an email you control and keep your credentials secure. Email verification is required before purchasing credits. Password reset links expire, can be used only once, and invalidate existing sessions after a successful reset. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your data
You retain all rights to the product data you import and the outputs generated from it. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to produce deceptive listings, infringe intellectual property, or violate marketplace policies or applicable law.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" during this preview, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenith International Group (USA) INC. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of draft outputs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without overriding any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your place of residence.
