Who operates the service
Zenith International Group (USA) INC., organized in Wyoming, United States, operates Skuvela and is responsible for the account and workspace data described in this policy. Contact support@skuvela.com for privacy or deletion requests.
Summary
Skuvela is a draft-first workspace for preparing ecommerce product data, listing drafts, pricing checks, and review-ready exports. Nothing you create here is published to any platform without your explicit approval. Platform adapters are disabled by default; only an action you approve can run when its adapter is explicitly configured by the operator. Your workspace data is stored in the application's own database under your account. We use no third-party analytics.
What we collect
Your account email and password hash, product data you enter or import (SKUs, costs, inventory, listing drafts), usage records for credit accounting (task type, credits charged, success or failure), payment records for credit purchases (pack, amount, Stripe references — card details never touch our servers; they are handled by Stripe), and files you upload for processing (product workbooks). Uploaded workbooks are processed to produce outputs and are not retained beyond the generated results.
Account email and recovery
We use your email to identify your workspace, verify account ownership, deliver one-time password reset links, and attach credit purchases to the correct account. A configured transactional email service receives the destination address and message needed for delivery. Verification and reset tokens are stored only as cryptographic hashes, expire, and cannot be reused. We do not send marketing email through this flow.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not automatically publish, modify, or sync anything to Etsy, Shopify, or any other platform. Approved platform actions remain visible in the audit queue. We do not display model provider details in the product. We do not use your product data to train models.
AI-generated content
Drafts produced by assistants in this product are for your review only. When a model provider is used to generate a draft, the prompt contains the product data needed for that task; keys and provider configuration stay server-side.
Data retention and deletion
Workspace data lives in the application database and generated output files are stored in private object storage with account-scoped access. Deleting a product removes its associated drafts, scores, and briefs. Non-administrator users can delete their account from Workspace Settings after confirming their password, or request operator assistance from support. Account deletion removes products, drafts, usage logs, private generated files, sessions, credits, and personal account details; payment records required for tax and accounting purposes are retained only as long as legally necessary.
